Custom projects may involve standard size luggage tags, smaller backpack tags, or even smaller keytags. For custom projects, the first step is receiving art, designing the 3D mold, designing a full color insert card (optional), and creating a prototype tag for your approval. This step will take 3-4 weeks. Finished tags would be received approximately 9-10 weeks from prototype approval (this assumes Ocean Freight FOB Fort Worth, TX, which is already included in price.) We would be happy to provide our best rates for Air Freight that would expedite the arrival of custom orders to only 4-5 weeks after prototype approval. Please refer to the Custom Order Tag Art form for placing custom orders.

Currently, retail customers are paying for domestic, “freight-in” shipping costs for both in-stock and custom goods.
