Revenue Sharing Model:
Products are sold at a wholesale price to the group/institution. The group collects all of the funds and pays for the goods in advance of fulfillment. The group keeps the difference between the wholesale price and the selling price of the goods. Any remaining inventory is the responsibility of the fundraising group. Prior to any product delivery, “preorder sales” could be collected to determine the appropriate quantity level to order.
For custom projects, the first step is receiving art, designing the 3D mold, designing a full color insert card (optional), and creating a prototype tag for your approval. This step will take 3-4 weeks.
Finished tags would be received approximately 9-10 weeks from prototype approval (this assumes Ocean Freight FOB Fort Worth, TX, which is already included in price.) We would be happy to provide our best rates for Air Freight that would expedite the arrival of custom orders to only 4-5 weeks after prototype approval.
Investment in tag production may be shared with other departments, clubs and/or boosters who could take turns raising money at sports events, concerts, etc.
Minimum tag order quantity is 1,000.
Mold charges are FREE for quantity orders 2,500 or above!
Students and their families have occasions everyday to place your custom tags on luggage, sports bags, instrument cases, uniform bags, backpacks, etc.
There is no expiration or shelf life on tags in inventory, so "fundraising sales" could continue across multiple quarters or as "year-to-next year" initiatives.
